湖北四通專用汽車有限公司是由湖北航天雙龍專用汽車有限公司工程車事業(yè)部、湖北大力專用汽車制造有限公司攪拌車專業(yè)廠于2017年2月合資組建的專用汽車制造廠家，公司注冊資金2100萬元，主要生產砼材運輸類產品：混凝土攪拌運輸車、干混砂漿運輸車、背罐車、干混砂漿筒倉、粉粒物料運輸車等工程類專用汽車。

Hubei Sitong Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. is a specialized vehicle manufacturer jointly established in February 2017 through the collaboration of the Engineering Vehicle Division of Hubei Aerospace Shuanglong Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. and the Mixer Truck Specialized Plant of Hubei Dali Special Purpose Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd. With a registered capital of 21 million yuan, the company primarily produces concrete material transportation products, including concrete mixer trucks, dry mortar transport trucks, container carrier trucks, dry mortar silos, and powder and granular material transport trucks, among other engineering-focused special-purpose vehicles.

        公司租賃玉柴集團隨州曾都工業(yè)園內土地面積（凈面積）：57707.29平方米20年使用權。自己投資廠房設備等，擬投資6800萬元，廠房20000余平方米。一期投資5000萬元，建設生產廠房15000.00余平方米，辦公樓2160.00平方米，計劃2017年10月1日建成投產，屆時將形成年產3000臺專業(yè)生產砼材運輸類專用汽車生產能力的專業(yè)型專用車生產企業(yè)，年產值6億元，稅收達到1000余萬元，新增就業(yè)崗位130余個。 

The company has leased a land area (net area) of 57,707.29 square meters within the Yuchai Group Suizhou Zengdu Industrial Park for a 20-year使用權. It plans to invest approximately 68 million yuan in self-funded factory buildings and equipment, covering over 20,000 square meters of factory space. The first phase involves an investment of 50 million yuan to construct more than 15,000 square meters of production workshops and 2,160 square meters of office buildings, with operations scheduled to commence on October 1, 2017. Upon completion, the company will become a specialized manufacturer with an annual production capacity of 3,000 concrete material transport vehicles, achieving an annual output value of 600 million yuan, generating over 10 million yuan in tax revenue, and creating more than 130 new job opportunities.

        公司集中國專用汽車之都內兩大混凝土攪拌車生產企業(yè)的先進生產管理經驗，新購置了一批先進的各類專用車制造設備300多臺套。其中有數(shù)控剪板機、折彎機、水下等離子切割機、旋邊機、自動焊接機、攪拌罐體專用焊接機、液壓成型機、鍛壓機、大型罐體成型卷板機、埋弧焊機、X光探傷機、噴丸設備、烤漆房、噴漆房等設備。 

Leveraging the advanced production management experience of two leading concrete mixer truck manufacturers in China's "Capital of Special Purpose Vehicles," the company has newly acquired over 300 sets of advanced equipment for specialized vehicle manufacturing. These include CNC plate shearing machines, bending machines, underwater plasma cutting machines, edge-rolling machines, automatic welding machines, specialized welding machines for mixer tanks, hydraulic forming machines, forging presses, large-scale tank forming rolling machines, submerged arc welding machines, X-ray flaw detectors, shot blasting equipment, paint baking rooms, and spray painting rooms, among others.

        公司現(xiàn)有設計開發(fā)人員12名，其中大專以上學歷10人，高級工程師4名。開發(fā)電腦設備20多臺/套，全部配有國際通用設計開發(fā)軟件PRO/E,Solidworks,CAXA及CAD，滿足各類專用車輛的設計、開發(fā)等需求。 

The company currently employs 12 design and development personnel, 10 of whom hold college degrees or higher, including 4 senior engineers. It is equipped with more than 20 computers and workstations, all installed with internationally recognized design and development software such as PRO/E, SolidWorks, CAXA, and CAD, enabling the design and development of various specialized vehicles.

        公司借用隨州底盤資源聯(lián)合東風隨州專用汽車有限公司生產的8×4舉升式干混砂漿運輸車滿足法規(guī)要求，此產品在申報國家專利項目兩項，填補國內同類產品空白，預計年產銷500臺套，實現(xiàn)產值近2億元。同時公司配合中國恒天集團湖北新楚風汽車股份有限公司開發(fā)推廣符合法規(guī)及市場需求的系列專用汽車產品，力求在中國專用汽車之都的大格局下服務于民，服務于社會，為中國專用汽車之都添光增彩。

By collaborating with local chassis resources in Suizhou and partnering with Dongfeng Suizhou Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd., the company has developed an 8×4 lift-type dry mortar transport truck that meets regulatory requirements. This product has applied for two national patents, filling a gap in the domestic market for similar products. It is expected to achieve an annual production and sales volume of 500 units, generating nearly 200 million yuan in output value. Additionally, the company is working with Hubei New Chufeng Automobile Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Hengtian Group, to develop and promote a series of specialized vehicles that comply with regulations and market demands.
